These Terms of Sale govern every purchase made on pininca.com, the personal website where I sell fishing guide ebooks that I write and publish myself. When you complete an order, whether it's for "FIND THE FISH" or any other ebook I release later, you're agreeing to the terms laid out on this page.

I wrote these terms in plain language on purpose. You shouldn't need a law degree to understand what you're paying for. Read through this page before checkout so there are no surprises once your payment goes through, and know that these terms sit alongside my Privacy Policy, which explains separately how I handle your personal data.

If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't complete a purchase. Continuing to checkout means you accept everything described below.

Seller Information and Scope

Pininca is operated by an individual seller, not a company or a team of employees. I write, edit, and publish every ebook myself, drawing on fishing knowledge that's been passed down through three generations of my family.

You can reach me directly at pininca.fishing@gmail.com for any question about an order, a product, or these terms. There's no support ticket system standing between us. I read and answer these emails myself, usually within a few business days.

These Terms of Sale apply exclusively to digital products purchased through pininca.com: currently ebooks in PDF format, along with any future digital guides added to the catalog. They don't cover free content on the blog, newsletter subscriptions, or anything downloaded at no cost.

Eligibility to Purchase

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country of residence, to make a purchase on this website. If you're under that age, please have a parent or guardian complete the order on your behalf.

By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method selected, whether that's your own PayPal account or one you have permission to use. Orders placed with false or unauthorized payment details may be canceled without notice.

There's no membership requirement to shop here. Anyone who meets the age and payment conditions above can purchase an ebook, from anywhere in the world, without creating an account first.

Product Information and Availability

Every ebook sold on pininca.com is described as accurately as I can manage: file format, file size, page content, and price are all listed on the product page before you check out. I've tested and refined this content through years of actual fishing trips, not repackaged theory, and I stand behind what's written on each page.

That said, ebooks are informational and educational products. They're built to help you read water, choose better lures, and fish with more confidence, but no book can guarantee a specific number of bites or a particular catch. Results depend on your local conditions, your practice, and a fair amount of patience on the water.

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change over time as I update or expand the catalog. The price you pay is the one displayed at the moment you complete checkout, regardless of any price change that happens afterward. I reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any ebook's content, cover, or price without prior notice, though purchases already completed aren't affected by later changes.

Intellectual Property and Prohibited Use

Every ebook, image, and piece of written content on pininca.com is my own original work, protected by copyright law. When you purchase an ebook, you're buying a personal license to read and use that content for your own fishing education. You are not buying the right to reproduce, resell, redistribute, or publicly share the file.

Sharing your purchased ebook with friends, uploading it to file-sharing sites, posting it on forums, or reselling it under any name violates these terms and copyright law. I put real time into researching, writing, and testing everything in these guides, and that work deserves the same respect you'd want for your own.

If you'd like to use excerpts, images, or techniques from an ebook in your own content, whether that's a blog post, a video, or a review, reach out first and we can likely work something out. Most reasonable requests get a yes.

Access to Digital Products

Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a direct download link to your PDF file, sent to the email address you entered at checkout. Double check that address before submitting your order. I can't deliver a file to an inbox that doesn't exist.

Delivery is instant in almost every case, but email delays happen occasionally on either end. If your download link hasn't arrived within a few hours, check your spam folder first, then contact me directly and I'll resend it right away.

You're welcome to download and re-download your purchased ebook as many times as you need. Keep a personal backup copy if that gives you peace of mind. If your original download link ever expires or stops working, just email me your order confirmation and I'll get you a working link again.

Consumer Cancellation Rights

Because ebooks are digital products delivered instantly, standard cancellation windows that apply to physical goods don't apply here in the same way. Once you've downloaded your file, the purchase is considered fulfilled and generally isn't eligible for a refund.

If you're located in a region where consumer law grants a right of withdrawal on digital content, that right typically ends the moment you begin downloading the file, and checkout requires your consent to that condition before the purchase completes. This isn't a way of dodging your rights. It's simply how digital content works: once it's in your hands, it can't be returned the way a book or a rod can.

If something genuinely goes wrong, the wrong file arrives, the download is corrupted, or you were charged incorrectly, email me and I'll make it right. I've been fishing long enough to know that honest mistakes happen, and I'd rather fix a problem than argue about a policy.
