Refund Policy

I want you to feel confident hitting "buy" on any ebook at pininca.com, not worried about what happens if something goes wrong. This Refund Policy lays out exactly when a refund makes sense, when it doesn't, and how to reach me if you run into a problem with your order.

Ebooks are digital products delivered the moment you pay, which changes how refunds work compared to a physical item you can mail back. That said, honest mistakes happen on both sides of a transaction, and I'd rather fix a real problem than hide behind a rigid rule. Read through this policy before you buy so you know exactly where you stand.

This policy works alongside my Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy, and together they cover the full picture of how purchases on this site are handled.

Scope of This Refund Policy

This policy applies to every ebook purchased directly through pininca.com using PayPal checkout. It covers digital guides like "FIND THE FISH" and any future titles added to the catalog.

It doesn't cover free content on the blog, the newsletter, or anything you downloaded at no cost. It also doesn't apply if you purchased a Pininca ebook through a third-party platform or reseller. In that case, the refund terms of that platform apply instead, and I'd point you to them directly.

When a Refund May Be Approved

A refund gets approved when something on my end genuinely failed to deliver what you paid for. Here's what that looks like in practice.

You never received your download link because of a technical error on the website or with the delivery email, and the issue couldn't be resolved after I sent a replacement link. The PDF file you downloaded is corrupted, incomplete, or won't open, and a fresh copy sent by me still doesn't fix the problem. You were charged twice for the same order due to a payment processing glitch. Or the ebook you received doesn't match what was advertised on the product page, missing entire sections or content that was clearly promised at checkout.

In any of these cases, reach out within 7 days of your purchase date. That window gives us both enough time to sort things out while the details are still fresh.

When a Refund Will Not Be Approved

A refund typically isn't granted once you've successfully downloaded a working file and had the chance to read it. At that point, you've received exactly what you paid for: the ebook, delivered and accessible.

Changing your mind after reading the content, deciding the techniques don't suit your fishing style, or simply not getting the results you hoped for on your next trip aren't grounds for a refund. I stand behind the quality of what I write, but no book, mine included, can guarantee a specific catch. Results depend on your local water conditions, the effort you put in, and a fair amount of patience.

Requests made outside the 7 day window described above also fall outside this policy, as do refund requests for orders placed through a third-party reseller rather than pininca.com directly.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to pininca.fishing@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" as soon as you notice a problem. There's no form to fill out and no account to log into. Just write to me directly, the same way you'd tell a friend something didn't work as expected.

Explain what went wrong in a few sentences. The more specific you are, the faster I can figure out what happened and get it fixed, whether that means sending a new download link or processing a refund.

Information We Need to Review Your Request

To look into your request properly, I need a few details from you. Include the email address you used at checkout, the approximate date of purchase, and the name of the ebook you bought.

A screenshot of the error, whether that's a broken download link, a corrupted file, or a duplicate charge on your PayPal statement, speeds things up considerably. If you don't have one handy, a clear description works too. I'd rather ask a follow up question than leave your request sitting unresolved.

How We Review Refund Requests

Every request gets a real look, not an automatic yes or no. I check the order against my records, confirm what was delivered, and compare that against what you're describing.

Most cases are straightforward: a broken link or a corrupted file is easy to verify and easy to fix. When something is less clear, I might ask a quick follow up question rather than guess. You'll hear back from me personally, since there's no support team standing between your email and a decision.

## Approved Refunds and Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, I process it through PayPal within 3 business days. From there, PayPal's own processing times apply, which typically means the funds land back in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

You'll receive an email confirmation the moment I process the refund on my end, so you're not left wondering whether it went through.

Refund Support Contact

If you're dealing with a download issue, a billing problem, or anything else covered above, don't sit on it. Email pininca.fishing@gmail.com and I'll get back to you personally, usually within a few business days.

A quick message now is always easier to resolve than a problem left to linger. I'd genuinely rather hear from you and fix something small than have you walk away frustrated over an issue I never knew about.
