Digital Delivery Policy spells out exactly how, step by step, so nothing about your order feels like a mystery.

I built this delivery process the way I'd want it built if I were the one buying: no account walls, no waiting on hold, no guessing where your file disappeared to. Give this page a read once, and you'll know precisely what happens from the second you click "buy" to the moment your ebook opens on your phone, tablet, or laptop.

Scope of This Digital Delivery Policy

This policy applies to every ebook sold and delivered through pininca.com, including "FIND THE FISH" and any future titles added to the catalog. It covers the delivery method, timing, and access details for these digital files specifically.

It doesn't apply to free content on the blog or newsletter emails, since those aren't purchased products requiring a delivery process. If you bought a Pininca ebook through a third-party platform rather than directly on this site, that platform's own delivery process applies instead.

How Digital Products Are Delivered

Every ebook is delivered as a downloadable PDF file, sent straight to your inbox. There's no physical shipping, no waiting on a courier, and no tracking number to check. Once your payment through PayPal is confirmed, the system automatically generates a secure download link and emails it to the address you entered at checkout.

That's the entire process. No account creation, no login portal, no extra steps standing between you and the content you paid for.

Delivery Timing

Delivery happens automatically and instantly in the vast majority of cases. Your download link typically lands in your inbox within a few minutes of completing payment, sometimes within seconds.

Occasional delays do happen, usually caused by email server lag on either end rather than anything wrong with your order. If ten or fifteen minutes pass without an email, that's normal enough to just wait a bit longer before assuming something's off.

Order Confirmation and Download Access

Right after checkout, you'll receive a confirmation email summarizing your order: the ebook title, the price paid, and your download link. Save this email. It's your proof of purchase and your fastest path back to the file if you ever need it again.

Your download link isn't a one-time-use link. You can click it and download your ebook as many times as you need, whether that's to reinstall it on a new device or grab a fresh copy after clearing your downloads folder. If the link itself ever stops working, your confirmation email is exactly what I'll need to issue you a new one.

File Format and Device Compatibility

Every Pininca ebook is delivered as a standard PDF file, readable on virtually any device you already own. That includes desktop and laptop computers, tablets, and smartphones running iOS or Android, along with dedicated e-readers that support PDF viewing.

You don't need special software beyond a basic PDF reader, and most devices come with one built in. If you plan to read on your phone during a fishing trip, downloading the file ahead of time means you'll have full access even without a signal at the water's edge.

Customer Responsibilities

A smooth delivery depends on a few small things on your end. Double check your email address before completing checkout since a single typo means your file goes nowhere. Make sure your inbox has enough storage space and that your spam or promotions folder isn't quietly filtering out the delivery email.

If you use an email provider known for aggressive spam filtering, adding pininca.fishing@gmail.com to your contacts beforehand helps the delivery email land where you'll actually see it.

If You Have Not Received Your Ebook

Start by checking your spam, junk, or promotions folder. Delivery emails occasionally end up there even when everything on my end worked correctly. Next, confirm that the email address you entered at checkout was correct and currently active.

If you've checked both and still don't see anything after 30 minutes, email me directly at pininca.fishing@gmail.com with your order confirmation details or the name you used at checkout. I'll track down your order and resend the link right away, usually the same day.

Download or Access Issues

Sometimes a file downloads but won't open, or a link returns an error instead of your ebook. These issues are usually quick to resolve. Try downloading again first, ideally on a different browser or device, since a lot of access problems trace back to a browser blocking the download rather than a broken file.

If the problem continues, reach out to pininca.fishing@gmail.com and describe exactly what you're seeing, whether that's an error message, a blank file, or a link that won't load. I'll send a fresh copy or a working link as soon as I can, and I'd genuinely rather sort this out for you than have your ebook sit unopened on your device.
